The programs are not present in the Start Menu, and the program folders have disappeared completely from C: Program Files (x86). Upon attempting to reinstall either, a popup saying that the program is already installed is created, and offers to launch the uninstall for said program. The folder Program Files (x86) in Windows-8 / 10 and 8.1 (x64) is the Directory for 32 bit Programs and Program Files for 64 bit Programs Such as my program Q-Dirx64.
