1. Fallout New Vegas Doc Mitchell Mod

One of the new features in Fallout: New Vegas is Hardcore Mode. The new feature is first offered right before the courier leaves Doc Mitchell's house. If the player turns on Hardcore mode and plays through with the feature on all the way to the end of the game, the player will receive an achievement/trophy at the end of the game. Fallout 4: New Vegas aims to recreate Obsidian Entertainment's Fallout: New Vegas in Fallout 4's Creation Engine, with all of the original quests, story and content, with additional gameplay elements and systems from the new and improved engine.
