Now from what I remember, when I enabled mic input before, I had to update the driver for the internal soundmax device to allow me to un-mute the mic port. However this is using a generic USB audio device driver, and when I tried updating the driver windowstold me I was already up to date. However I don't seem to have any sound. I know that the mic port is working, as I can record using the sound recorder built-into vista, and the green level bars are all green when I look a the mic under recording devices,but I can't get playback on my speakers.
